sdruno and elecraft k3 I.F. output and WINDOWS 10

Have found this new sdruno software.
Is possible use this with Elecraft k3 same panadapter ?
I use creative EMU 1616M , but sdruno need extio.dll.
The program run well with WMME 16 bit drivers, but not with ASIO 24 bit
There is some config for use the ASIO drivers ?
