Hello everyone, I recently purchased SdrPlay and noticed an excessive consumption of Ram memory of Studiouno and consequently the reception is sometimes interrupted
Note that with SDR Studio1 in consumption is very low.
Thanks 73

Strange. Here SDRuno consumes no more than appr. 60 MB.
For comparison: Firefox browser consumes 300 MB when doing nothing!

ik3umz, to get any real help more information is needed. First, what is excessive to you? DanubeBCL reports his SDRuno consumes 60 MB. Is the excessive to you? Please post the specifics of your system - OS (W7, etc?) memory size, processor cores and speed. What are your symptoms? Are you seeing high CPU usage, getting "out of memory" messages or what?
Enjoy, John.

Sorry, ik3umz, this screenshot means little to me. Please post a shot of the Task Manager and answer the question I ask in my first post. I would also suggest you reduce the BW to the minimum you really need. Your 5 MHz BW is using both CPU and memory resources.
Thanks and enjoy, John.

I have set the options I can see in the image posted by IK3UMZ. Now my SDRuno consumes 140 MB (2 VRX, I had only 1 before).
But this is still not reason to worry. CPU usage now is around 10%.
The problems indicated in the IK3UMZ's MAIN panel seem to be related to a huge CPU usage rather than a memory usage.
Try to delete one of the VRX. Does this make anything better?
