Original SDRPlay

Was wondering how one could get the pc board out of the original SDRPlay with only that small little trap door to work with....?

I have one of the old blue & white ones and IIRC the case just cracks apart with a bit of persuasion.

Like to find metal project box for the original.....seems like the ones that bought the first SDRPlay's have been left out in the cold when it comes to hardware upgrades.

And those boxes will work for the original sdrplay in the blue & white case......assuming one can get the pc board out without damaging anything...since the little door on the case isn't big enough to remove anything...

Hello Gary,
Yes they will. The older style case comes apart by removing the ends. The case then separates into its two halves.
