API issue...

Postby TonyHoyle » Sun Jun 07, 2015 5:33 pm

I've been unable to get the mir_sdr_setRf command to work, it just prints out a cryptic error and does nothing.

Code: Select all

mir_sdr_SetRf: detected INT out of range - returning without programming tuner

Even trying to set it to the same frequency it's already at generates the error, so it's something internal that has got out of sync but the error doesn't really give any clues what it is or if it's fixable. At the moment I'm reinitialising every time I change frequency, which works OK, but is quite slow.

Also is the documentation correct that the setRf function takes the frequency in Hz and the init takes it in Mhz? That seems inconsistent (I've tried it both ways just in case).

Tony,

Happy to take a look at the code if you can post a snippet?

I've replied on FaceBook with a brief explanation of _SetRf if that helps.

Best regards,
