Parallels Access and SDRplay RSP2 and SDRuno software

I see that the software company Parallels has a package called Parallels Access. Purportedly, it would allow me to run Windows 10 software remotely as a client on my Apple iPad Pro 12.9. My PC runs Windows 10. My primary interest would be SWL and perhaps toying with a spectrum analyzer remotely with my Elecraft K3 off the IF. Is it possible this Parallels Access software would work? I would be using your SDRplay RSP2 and SDRuno software. Thanks in advance!!!!
