French datasheet available

Many thanks to Jean-Marie, F5VLB for translating our single page RSP data sheet and getting started guides into French. The data sheet is posted on http://www.sdrplay.com/docs/SDRplay_dat ... 1p4_fr.pdf and the getting started guides will appear shortly on the Windows platform page.
