Measuring received signal frequency

I want to measure the received signal data rate and frequency of a square wave which I have transmitted from the transmitter and I have made a model of the whole transmitter, channel and receiver module in GNU radio. I can see the waveform of the signal in a scope plot and can see in an FFT plot but I want to measure in a number that this much is the frequency and a data rate of a received signal. I want to design such a block which gives me received signal data rate and frequency in a number. please help me to model it in a GNU radio.
