Lack of response from SDRPLAY

I emailed SDRPLAY over two weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. A friend tried several times to contact them and also never received a response.
Is this the norm with this company?

Doesn't sound like us, we are very proud of our response time to customers support tickets, which you can measure in hours and not days. Please let me know who you emailed and what the issue is and we'll get back to you straight away.

All emails to US support also get copied automatically the UK support team as well, but we can find no record of an email from you.
