Hello all! I am a newbie here but I am loving CubicSDR- crazy what I have learned in a couple of days- I just have one question, every frequency I monitor has a subtle tone that gives me a headache hurts my ears- is there some sample rate, bandwidth, anything I can adjust? It is on every modem I select.

Thought I better post more info- Mac OS 10.12.6 using Cubic SDR 02.0, weird tone is not in the standard FM bands 88-107, but all other frequencies- painful to listen to conversations on 70cm or 2m

Is it a low-frequency tone (like a hum) or a high frequency whistle? If it's a low hum it may be the CTCSS access tone you are hearing. In SDRUno it goes like this: On the upper frame of the RX control panel you will see a button marked EXW. Click it and a new small window (called EX control I think) will open. Near the bottom of this window you should see a button called PDBPF. Click it once to activate it and the hum should go away.
