Newb Intro

Greetings everyone. I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Dereck and I have been a professional engineer for about 40 years and an Extra Class ham radio operator. Started my career out of college as an electric utility as a Transmission Engineer for about 5 years before moving on to Communication. Spent the next 25 years in Telecom doing switching, transport, ending up as an RF Engineer with a large Cellular company in the USA before being laid off in 2003. That is when I opened my own Design/Build firm doing the same thing for the people I worked for making more money. Strange how that worked out.
My purpose here is to get some help integrating the SDRPlay with my Ham Radio gear. That will be my next topic.
