MacPorts Gqrx 2.10 on Mac OS High Sierra
MacPorts Gqrx 2.10 on Mac OS High Sierra
hello all, I need your help as I don't really know what I'm doing.
I bought the first RSP and never got to use it as I could never get any software to work on my old mac Mavericks (10.9.5) laptop.
I recently did a clean install of osx 10.13.3 on that laptop and put MacPorts on it. Then I installed Gqrx 2.10 from MacPorts along with the following libraries
SDRplay 2.11.2 (source)
SDRplay provides support for SDRplay hardware
SoapySDR 0.6.1 (source)
A fresh and clean vendor neutral and platform independent SDR support library
Then I started Gqrx (which resides in /Applications/MacPorts/Qt5) and chose the hardware as shown in the attachment.
Then I started the DSP and ... nothing ... no sound, and the signal strength bar sits at -97 dBFS (shows a sliver of unmoving green at its left end).
Can someone help ? and before you ask, I do not have a windows machine of any kind.
