sdr2 tuning controller

hi
does anyone know where I can purchase an sdr usb tuning controller. at a reasonable price as per mikekokotov.
unfortunately I have lost the use of my right arm -stroke so unable to solder safely nowadays!
xyl can manage antenna connectors etc!
I have tried ebay/amazon but could only find the expensive ones etc1!!
