EXTIO installer not working

Hi,
I'm using 1.0.0.1379 of SDR# and tried using EXTIO Plugin: 3.0 but, whereas the installer claims a success, SDRplay isn't in the list.
What does the installer do? Is there a way of manually adding it to SDR#?
