RSPduo API and how to program it?

Dear support,

I want to use the RSPduo for the wireless communication developing, please tell me where is the API file, in the download area, still is old version, do not support RSPduo;

and we made a product use the RSPduo as a part, how can we write some bytes to the RSPduo for the application software license control ?
