Yaesu FT-2000 set up

I have a Yaesu FT-2000 and I want to set up a panagraph display for working CW split. I want to see both VFO's on the display and be able to track with my FT-2000. I have a splitter to tie in to the RX in/out ports and also have the IF board so I can tap off the IF if I choose, so I can connect the SDR either way. Having problems getting SRD1A and HDSDR working. I am trying N4PY's CAT control software too. Any FT-2000 users that can share how there's is set up, and what software they use ? Maybe different software would be better for this like Ham Radio Deluxe ?
