pi/4 DQPSK demodulation and decoding

Hi All,
I am new to the SDR game and would love some help if anyone has experience to share regarding DQPSK demodulation and decoding. I have an inexpensive UHF wireless mic pack that I want to receive with my SDR.
The chip in the radio is a Beken BK9524 (http://www.bekencorp.com/en/Botong.Asp? ... id=8&Id=80).
Here is what I have found regarding the signal:
Digital Modulation method: pi/4 DQPSK
Occupied bandwidth: 300 KHz
Transmission rate 204.8 Ksps
I am operating the radio at 572 MHz. I can see the signal nice and strong on my SDR but don't know how to interpret the data. I dove into GNU Radio but really am unsure where to start. Having googled quite a bit, I figure I would just ask for help.
Thanks in advance!
