RSPduo webserver?

Hi,
I'm looking to buy an RSP Duo or Airspy HF+. Although the RSP Duo I like the extended frequencies it runs.
The HF+ is marketed as being able to connect over LAN (with low latency) so I could maybe operate it from another room using a Laptop.
Is this at all possible with the RSP Duo?
