SDRPlay plugin for SDRSharp 14xx+ Releases
has anyone the DLL ready from this package ?

I don't want to install 10 Gb of Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 just for one DLL

Re: SDRPlay plugin for SDRSharp 14xx+ Releases
I believe the team have created a plugin already for 14xx releases

Forgot to mention
**Note that SDRPlay requires C:\Program Files\MiricsSDR\API\x64\mir_sdr_api.dll (not included) to be copied to C:\Program Files\CubicSDR for windows.

Re: SDRPlay plugin for SDRSharp 14xx+ Releases
Hello,
I got the source code and compiled it. No problem since I was going to install VS Community 2015 anyway. It works about the same as the SDRPlay provided plugin. Since I had source, I decided to try to debug the problems, like not being able to change the sample rate on the fly.
I discovered SDRSharp intentionally cripples any plugin that is added to the FrontEnds.xml file. They even disable the basic SampleRateChanged interface that was part of the code base for a long time. The FrontEnds.xml file is not really needed at all, since all the fully supported frontends are explicitly loaded.
I did a EXTIO dll for my AOR Alpha and was considering doing one for SDRSharp. I now realize that it would be a waste of time, as I would not be welcomed. It would be a waste of time for SDRPlay and the developer on GitHub to do more development with the plugin, since they cannot restore the lack of support in SDRSharp. SDRPlay and other third-parties are unwelcome.
SDRSharp got what they needed from the open-source community. Now they are trying to maximize the bucks from their hardware and consider other developers as only thieves trying to steal their precious code. I am glad I did not buy the Airspy. The SDRPlay people seem nicer.
