was wondering if you have a unit that goes down to 1.0 Hertz and up ??

All of the RSPs can see signals down to 1 Hz - the minimum center frequency is either 10 kHz (RSP1) or 1 kHz (RSP1A/RSP2/RSP2pro/RSPduo), but you can set a VFO to be 1Hz if you wanted to.

Actually i'm referring to lowest receivable frequency at 1 hz to 10 khz. seeps, according to specs I read stop at 1.0 khz. I am trying to receive signals below the 1 khz range (earth tremors subs and such emit extremely low freq.), for example.)
The SDRplay RSP2pro Receiver covers frequencies from 1.0 kHz up to 2 GHz.
Was wondering how to receive from DC (1 hz) and up. 0.001 khz and up.

The 1 kHz to 2 GHz refers to the LO frequency limits. The LO is the center of the received spectrum. You then set the sample rate/ IF filter bandwidth. So if you set the LO to 750 kHz and the sample rate to 2 MHz (this will set the IF filter to 1.536 MHz) and you will see signals down to 1 Hz

You would then select the VFO frequency you want and that (including the audio filter bandwidth) will be what is processed. If you want to pass that on to another application, you can output that via VAC (Virtual Audio Cable)

Hope that helps,
