Hello,

Would be most interested in any opinions as to "capability" of
RSP-2/RSP-1 vs. WinWadio G31 Excalibur from anyone who
might have both ? (in the <30 MHz range)

The WinWadio G31 Excalibur is a higher-cost, direct sampling receiver so it will have better overall performance than a tuner-based SDR (like RSP, RTL, Funcube and Airspy).

However the RSP products will have similar sensitivity and are very cost-effective.
