Hello Angyselem,
The last version of SDRsharp to be compatible with the RSP line of products was release 1361 and that was because this was the last release that supported the ExtIO interface. From that point onwards, the tuner API for SDR# was closed and RSPs were no longer supported.
However, it is still possible to use SDR# with the RSPs but with limited functionality. Both SDR Console and SDR# also supports the RTL_TCP server and an external user has created a fork of this software to provide some support the RSP line of products. We have included the TCP Server on our latest Raspberry Pi image. If you want to try this software with either SDR# or SDR Console with everything running on the same Windows platform, it will be necessary to track down the source code and compile it for Windows. There are necessarily some limitations in functionality as the RTL_TCP support within the client software has not mechanism for controlling things like the notch filters on the RSP1A and the RF gain control also has some limitations. There is no way to overcome these limitations without changes to the client software, which we have no way of getting done.

Sincerely
