HIGH PASS FILTER MEASUREMENTS WITH RSP-SPECTRUM ANALYZER ALPHA VERSION 1.0

Here below Spectrum Analyser plots with new software.

ERRATA CORRIGE: April 12, 2019
The plots below show interference in the low portion of the spectrum. This interference has been caused by parasitic radiation of the switch mode PSU feeding the Noise Generator and in the pictures has been erroneously described as "MW Broadcasting Band interference". This problem has now been corrected by PSU substitution with a low noise, conventional unit and clean plots are shown in the next posts.

HIGH PASS 50 OHM TO 50 OHM FILTER NEW SPECTRUM ANALYSER ATTENUATION SLOPE IMAGES

It takes some time to get used to the new Steve's Spectrum Analyser software, especially working at LF, where interference and noise must be weeded out. Contrary to my first impression, the software works very well at LF & MF. Here are the pics:

CLEAN PLOTS FOR THE HI Z 560 OHM to 1 KOHM HIGH PASS FILTER

Frequency response plots shown in the previous post were obtained from the 50 to 50 Ohm High Pass Filter. Here below clean plots of the HI Z 560 to 1000 Ohm High Pass Filter are presented together with the measurement setup. These plots have been obtained with the new Steve Andrew's excellent Spectrum Analyser software.
