Problem with SDR Server

I have one problem with my configuration "On air" on the SDR Server.
My config. is:
Address: status.sdrspace.com-com
Poer: 7995
Code: Welcome


I am running, ok, but... The status is: On-Air: Timeout after 5 seconds.

Any have any solution?
