Reduced bandwidth DTV?

As well as enjoying the excellent performance of the SDRplay for receiving weather satellites on 137MHz I'm interested in Amateur TV. More recently in place of Analogue TV there is a growing interest in reduced bandwidth Digital TV. Given the original purpose of RTL-esq dongles was that of receiving DVTB, what's the chance of using a SDRplay to receive and then decode this reduced symbol rate stuff. As an example 'usable' colour pictures are possible with a SR of only 125KHz - down from 4 MHz. I suspect its down to third party software (Mirics??) since the required bandwidth and sensitivity/selectivity is more than covered by the SDRplay.
BTW, can we have a how to guide to getting Freeview displayed on a PC with SDRplay. I've donwloded the drivers and stuff but don't really know what to do with them.....
