can't seem to get the SDRplay_EXTIO_Installer_V3.8.8.exe file to run

I can't seem to get the SDRplay_EXTIO_Installer_V3.8.8.exe file to run. Any suggestions? It is downloaded but double clicking on it does nothing.

Are you using Windows Vista? I've seen this on Vista before. Have you tried running as Administrator? If that still doesn't work contact us at
