Contacting the creator/team?

Hi folks
Is there a way to directly contact the creator/team? I have tried the 'contact us' form on the website without success. I wrote a message to John (from the company youtube video) about a week about a project idea I had but no reply has been forthcoming.

Hi Jon, received now? I'm not getting the 'sent' notification after clicking the send button so I have my doubts.

What 'forums' are you referring to? Or specifically 'which forum?' I have checked the gmail account associated with our Youtube videos and nothing found. We have responded to an email dated April 25th from someone called Rik about antenna switches and power levels, but i don't think that is your email. Please just email me at
