SDR# and WXTRACK ... how to ...

Good day to all of you in this forum.
I am new to this forum. I am a radio ham living in Italy.
I read somewhere that the WXTRACK can control the frequency of the SDR# in order to receive APT polar satellite on 137 MHz.
Now I do have the SDR# working on my PC but I am not able to install WXtrack at all .
Moreover I would like to know how to configure the two program for APT satellites frequency tracking.
Could someone help me please ?
