Yes. I am having good results with the current drivers (1.95.2) and the CubicSDR v0.20 rc4 downloaded from the CubicSDR git repository. With an SDRPlay attached, running CubicSDR should show you the SDR Devices dialog box where SDRPlay RSP should appear in the Local section.
