Linux API 32bit and 64bit Installer

The Linux API now has a simple installer and supports both 32 and 64 bit systems.\n\nThe shared library installs into /usr/local/lib and the include file installs into /usr/local/include\n\nThe installer script runs sudo commands so your password will be required to install these files with root permission.\n\nComments/questions welcome here.\n\nSDRplay Support.
