Latest news for Linux and MAC users of the SDRplay RSP2

The RSP2-compatible SoapySDRPlay code has been pushed back to the original author, but can temporarily available from our github repository until it's merged back into the official github site. Our software team have also included this new version in the Mac API installer which is now available on the downloads page and the start here system.
