HDSDR and sdrply - failur duing extIO_dll installation

Post by klammeraffe » Fri Nov 17, 2017 5:19 pm

Hello,

I was trying the application "SDRplay_HDSDR_Installer_2.76_3.exe" on an old Win7 Pro (32bit) Notebook. During the installation appears an error.
17.11 - Installation EXTIO_DLL.jpg
17.11 - Installation EXTIO_DLL.jpg (80.59 KiB) Viewed 9825 times
Waht does it mean? Have tried to replace the directory already, but always same. For a test I install the same version on an Win10 Tablet and it works fine.
Why not on the old Win7 Notebook? Anybody can give me a hint, where I have to llok for to clear the error?

Thanks

Hello Karl,
Have you tried downloading the software today? There was a bug affecting 32 bit windows installations that was rectified last night. If you haven't already done so today, please download the software and try to run the installation again. If you are still having problems, please open up a support ticket at www.sdrplay.com/support/

Sincerely
