Installing either SRDuno or EXTIO.dll causes other to fail

Installing either SDRuno 1.12 or the EXTIO plugin will allow the most recently installed one to work but causes the other one to quit working.
i.e.
1. Install SDRuno and it works fine.
2. Install EXTIO and HDSRD and SDRSharp both work fine but SDRuno no longer works.
3. Re-install SDRuno and it works fine but both HDSRD and SDRSharp no longer work.
There appears to be a newly introduced build incompatibility issue.
