SDR Play not working

I have been completely stumped gettng SDRPlay to work with SDRUno on a Dell Inspiron 660S running Windows 10. The software loads without problem and when SDRplay is connect I get static, but I don't recieve any stations. The antenna is connected to a long wire antenna. I also get no change in background RF when connected directly to a RF noise source that I have confirmed as good. How to tell which com port SDRuno is using?
