SDRPlay, Virtual Audio, and WSPR2.1

I've been trying to get SDRPlay to work with WSPR 2.1 and Virtual Audio Cable and I'm not having any luck. The Rx Noise variable changes from -30dB to 0-9 dB. 0-9 dB is desired but it doesn't stay there. Has anyone used SDRPlay with WSPR 2.1?
