Hello,
I downloaded the 64 bit api from the sdrplay website.
The api install appears to work ok.

This is for ARM 64 bit machines. You need the x86 version of the API/Driver as you are using an x86 processor, which is available via the Linux x86 tab.

That worked - I was using the wrong driver
