Antenna sharing between RSP and Rig?

I hope I can explain this properly so know one gets confused with what I am trying to achieve.
I have a Wellbrook loop antenna that I used with my RSP prior to passing my foundation exam. I also have a 40-10 windom that I am using for transmit with my IC-7300.
I am able to use my loop for receive on the IC-7300 whilst transmitting on the windom with no issues using a MFJ-1707.
I can use the windom for transmit and receive on the IC-7300 whilst using the RSP as a panadapter via the MFJ-1708.
I have no issues with rig control using Omnirig, VSPE, LOG4OM, RSP/Uno and WSJT-x. Everything is playing nicely.
Now I would like to be able to share the Wellbrook Loop between the RSP and the IC-7300 while using the windom for transmit, switching both the Wellbrook loop and the RSP to ground.
I would also like to be able to have the option to use either the RSP and IC-7300 independently or together as a panadapter however I feel this will be less of an issue as I can get everything communicating and working together when it comes to the software side.
Would a DX Engineering RTR-2 do what I am looking to achieve?
