I have an Airspy mini along with the latest SDRSharp and I don't see much difference between that and the RSP1A with older (1361) SDRSharp except for a few performance unrelated niceties such as on-screen bandplan etc. so if you're using the older 1361 version with your RSP1A then you've got all of the worthwhile features. Also, on my computer anyway, spectrum display graphics on the older version are sharper and the waveforms better defined.
