Drivers Installing?

I bought on RSPduo when they first became available, then packed it away for a move. Now I'm trying it for the first time. The sheet packed with the radio says not to start SDRuno until I have connected the radio with a USB cable and downloaded and installed drivers. Is this automatic or do I have to go somewhere to get them?
Windows Device Manager shows nothing related to RSPduo with the radio connected via USB. I do get the Windows USB connect and disconnect "chimes" when I connect and disconnect the radio.
Starting SDRuno, I get an error message saying there is no radio connected, which makes me think the drivers did not install.
What do I do? All assistance will be gratefully received.
