Hi readers and Support,
how can I set the mw/fm filter and/or the DAB filter on in Dump1090?
I tried the argument rspduoNotchEn (not sure it is the right one) but it always returns "Unknown or not enough arguments for option "rspduoNotchEn"
Thanks!

There is currently a bug with the notch filter implementation.

I'm adding this now...

Code: Select all

"--disable-broadcast-notch Disable Broadcast notch filter (RSP1A/RSP2/RSPduo)"
"--disable-dab-notch Disable DAB notch filter (RSP1A/RSPduo)"
and the default state is enabled.

I'll post a link when the new download is ready.

Best regards,

Andy

Thanks, this is good and I look for the link.

Please note that when I start SDRuno with Filters enabled it works like the filters are disabled, i.e. I have to disable the filters in SDRuno and then re-enable in order to have the filters working properly.

Is this a known bug?

Thanks

https://www.sdrplay.com/software/SDRpla ... r_1.42.exe

By default the notches are now enabled and the command line options I mentioned above will disable them.

Please let me know how you get on and I'll then create the non-Windows versions for download.

Best regards,

Andy

With regards to SDRuno, v1.3 is in development right now, so I'll check that behaviour and if it's broken, I'll fix it.

Best regards,

Andy

Hi Andy,
sorry it take so long, finally I had the time to test the new software and "wow!" finally it started very well (just double-clicking start8i) and immediately started listing tenths of aircrafters.
With a second click I started the Virtual radar server and the browser map was immediately populated.

That's a very good job, congrats!
