Many thanks to ON2PCO for his great article on his 'out of the box' experience with the RSP - he too has made his RSP available for others to try - his screen by screen picture article is probably easier to follow than our video! :-) See http://on2pco.be/projects/sdrplay-receiver/

In the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UrOvD09UXM ) the SDR-Radio Console VFO displays a signal that is essentially useless because even a very narrow HF signal is displayed so widely in the VFO. I experienced the same thing when test driving the remote SDRplay via SDR-Radio. Is this just because of the remote connection. I assume that if one has a SDRplay physically connected and using SDR-Console that the SDR-Radio 6 VFOs would be able to display signals on so that multiple narrow signal good be seen. :?:

yes, there are limitations with remote access. In the video, we deliberately kept the wide span since it was just a demo - also that was a much earlier version of SDR-Console for SDRplay. Regarding the specifics of what is possible, you will get a lot of advice quicker from regular SDR-Console RSP users if you also post your question on the facebook user group - see https://www.facebook.com/groups/sdrplay/ Jon
