Where to get SMA Adapters that are 50 Ohm 2GHz? Do they exist?

I'm starting to think they don't. I have a whole bunch of coax with F connectors on them. So searching on digikey I realized I was going to have to go SMA to BNC to F. Just two adapters, but it seems that I run into the problem of finding a 50 Ohm that goes to 2GHz. What do you guys run? I saw some adapters that were like 30.00USD in bulk!!! This product has to exist. Also a 500MHz or 1.5MHz adapter seems like a deal breaker will it act as an unwanted low pass filter? Also is it a huge deal to use a 75 Ohm if you are not transmitting?

The difference between 50r and 75r is tiny and doesn't matter at all on RX. I use 75-ohm satellite cable for most of my receive system because it is cheap, low loss and easy to work with.

And serious work at those frequencies involve using an external pre-amplifier to correct cable loss that
will also correct any small adapter mismatch and allow the use of cheap 75 Ohms cable for long runs
For cheap adapters look at the WIFI specialists.

cosycave.co.uk are worth looking at - how good they are a 2 GHz I wouldn't know.
