Open wire and grounding?

Hi All
I currently have a grounded long wire connected to my RSP2 via an SMA connector - works fine. However, I am about switch over to a 300ohm open wire fed Doublet (1/2 wave on 40m) which I will connect to the Hi-Z port. Do I still need to run a ground wire from the Hi-Z port?
