Antenna Distance

Post by MRedZac » Tue Nov 21, 2017 8:52 am

Hello !

I would like to know how far I have to place the RX antenna for RSP2 away from the TX antennas of my CB/2m/70cm 20 W radio ? - I don´t want to use additional devices which disconnect the antennas or limit the signal, I just want to place the antennas away from each other...

Thanks for your replies ! :-)

Preferably you would want your antenna as far away as possible (>1/4 wavelength), and use something to disconnect the RX antenna so to not overload the front-end and desense the radio when one of your transmitters are operating.
