It's worth remembering that the LA1530 works down to at least 20 KHz. There's a group of 4 or 5 data sigs around 20 KHz that come in well here in NW England. I suspect the response is dropping by this point though, so if you need to hear down to 10 KHz, maybe the LF1010 would be better. I've attached a shot of the 0 - 200 KHz spectrum as received here. I think I had a 100 KHz LPF in at the time to reduce the big LW broadcast sigs. The hump in the middle is Loran and the 20 KHz sigs are well above the noise.

Due to a misunderstanding I was not able to get the LF 1010 that was on Ebay.
So I am still looking for one.
Will come up with a mutually agreeable finders reward this time !!
