Question for Heinrich, DanubeBCL
Sorry to waste the bandwidth here, but I haven't found another way to contact DanubeBCL.
I am working on a bridge between HDSDR and CW Skimmer. Specifically, I would like a change in the HDSDR LO frequency to cause a change in the CW Skimmer LO frequency. Will one of the existing HDSDR DDE mechanisms do that ? If so, where can I find the spec ?
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Question for Heinrich, DanubeBCL
Yes Steve, you can control frequency and mode through DDE (LO and Tune).
Contact mt@hdsdr.de for further info.
The only thing I know about the HRD implementation is that the server name should be HRD_RADIO_000, the string for posting advise is HRD_CAT, the item for frequency (string in Hz) is HRD_HERTZ and the item for mode is HRD_MODE (string AM, FM, LSB, USB, CW, DRM, ECSS not possible).
I know nothing about the other implementations like Orbitron, WXtrack and such. I have given up DDE because it does not allow to query frequency and mode on demand. Events are only triggered when the parameters change.
