New product availability?

Will the new product due to be announced on 18 May (in Dayton) be available for sale in the US that day or is there a lag time between announcements and actual availability?

Hello John,
It will be available on the 18th. Most retailers will have stock either by then or very soon after. HRO will certainly have stock in the US, but we can't be 100% certain that all stores will have them on the day.

Just read this announcement via Twitter regarding the theft of SDRPlay products.What a bummer that is.

How does that situation affect the availability of the RSP2Pro? I am about ready to order another one of your units,is there a wait time involved before the order would be shipped?
Encouraged to know that there are 'embedded' proceedures to limit the functionality of SDRPlay products.

That said, it makes me wonder if the Codify algorithm used to "Black list' or 'White list' SDRPlay products are able to differentiate?

Stated anotherway, My RSP2Pro which was purchased many months ago with it's unique EAN13 CODE Has all the fucntionality enabled?

I am sure other users/afficionados of SDRPlay products also do ponder such.
