RSP duo Linux support

Post by nk2042 » Sat May 26, 2018 11:57 am

I just discovered the new RSP dual tuners.

Do you plan to add Linux support like other RSP products (API, soapySDR, gr-osmosdr) ?

Yes we do. That's the plan. I'm afraid that I cannot give you a schedule yet though.

If i follow the topic, Linux users can't yet use CubicSDR with dual tuners on the RSP Duo because the API/HW Driver does not yet support the duo.

In the meantime, is it possible to get my rsp duo working with ONE tuner (like an RSP2), On Linux using the current API/HW Driver (v2.11) and the Cubic image?

Hoping to validate that it will work like an RSP2 till the updated driver is avail on linux.
