need help

Post by wrench87 » Fri Dec 04, 2015 6:33 pm

I just received my new sdrplay, I am having a problem installing the extio. I am running windows 7 32 bit operating system
it says the install is complete but when i open hdsdr and click on the extio box it says no hardware specific extio-dll found?
any ideas how I get past this.

If I recall correctly, one must drag-n-drop or otherwise place the extio file into the HDSDR folder..
I would double check to see if there might be more than one target.
SDRPlay's version of the installer makes us go find and point to the target.

enjoy

Hi,

It seems that you only installed the hardware drivers and not the extio dll software package.

Cheers

So your HDSDR folder should looks something like this

If you cant see it then do a fresh install or just search your computer for the file

When I try to open the hdsdr folder it changes to a csv file?, so something is not right.
I will try to do a fresh install.
