Make sure you have the SDR Touch product key, and then go to https://play.google.com/apps/testing/co ... ch.sdrplay to sign up as a beta tester . It usually comes within an hour. If that doesn't work, I recommend you contact SDR Touch on https://www.facebook.com/SdrTouch/

If you still have problems contact us here via email at support@sdrplay.com and we will route your problem to the author.

Meanwhile, for others, here is a video demo setting up the RSP to use SDR Touch on an Android tablet or phone -

I was already impressed by SDRTouch that installed without any problems using some RTL dongles on the 3 Android devices I own.
Those are :
An OrangePI + device
A tablet received as a gift
A Zidoo X9 media player
I clicked on the above driver link from my PC and surprise it proposed to install on the Zidoo.
And it did. But as my aerials are not reachable in the room of the Zidoo I used playstore to install it again on the Orange PI.
The only problem so far is that SDRplay inherited the ppm correction of the RTL dongle that is not needed but doesn't work anyway
Sharing the memories between the various front ends is very useful.
Very nice application very easy to install.

Jon, what is the SDR Touch product key? is that the paid app? Martin gave me the impression that the free app is all that is needed.

Cheers

Since my last message I successfully installed the SDRplay Android driver on this:
http://www.gearbest.com/tv-box-mini-pc/ ... html?wid=3
This device also allows the use of SDRplay when booting Win 10
One tip I found useful ,being new to Android, is using "Total Commander" to
clone an installed application from an Android device to another.
On one panel you select "installed applications" it shows a list :"///Apps"
On the second panel you select an empty directory "/sdcard /Download" in my case
Back on the first panel you select the application you want to copy by clicking on it's icon
"SDRplay driver 0.1" for example (and SDR Touch Key 1.03)
You click on the copy icon (second from left on the bottom bar) and you get a nice
"SDRplay driver 0.1.apk" 1.3M file in your empty directory
This worked nicely for me but I must say that all the Android devices I tried were registered to me.
Most were AC powered with a fair amount of USB ports allowing the use of keyboard and mouse.
IF filters in SDR Touch are less sharper than in other applications so it is often better to use
too narrow ones.
One good idea for RTL devices on tablets would be to use the IR remote if supported.
May be it would be nice too to add an IR receiver to future SDRplay SDR.
