Re: Two RSP1A receivers with two HDSDR instances?
One caveat - Because HDSDR uses the Windows registry to store & retrieve settings, the second instance which you start will start with the same settings as those of the first..... You can specify different set of setting in the HDSDR command line. Like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\HDSDRplay\HDSDR....

Re: Two RSP1A receivers with two HDSDR instances?
I have successfully done that with two different models of RSPs, but not tried with equal models.

Re: Using SDRUno via Microsoft Remote Desktop - some oddities with MEM Panel
Hi fellow, I confirm having experienced the same. And also adding that sometimes the MEM panel is colored as black font in a dark blue background. Very difficult to read. And, in general, so clumsy to edit that I rather use notepad to make any. But I can't compare difference between RDP/console, bec...

Re: Scanning only AM?
What I'm doing wrong? Dear Jukka, here is the reason and the solution for your problem: - It important that when you save your scanner configuration, you have the correct wanted mode selected in VRX. (Even though the mode is not shown in scanner config form.) - It is not meaningful at all which mod...

Scanning only AM?
For the first time, using SDuno 1.32 and RSPduo, I made some airband scanning. Nicely, quickly capturing abt 20 frequencies into the mem panel. Using AM mode of course. Okay, then I tried to make some other scans as well, like maritime VHF and ham 2 meters, on narrow FM. Whenever I put the scanner r...

Re: Diversity - how does it work?
Hi,
I'm not willing to hijack the thread, but adding a closely related question, I think:
The manual says "HiZ port is not available for Diversity mode". Is that a fundamental, permanent thing, or is it possibly changing in foreseeable future?
I ask due to my antenna planning matters.

Re: Recording by CAT command
@echo off REM Mediumwave DX-listeners might find this useful, I hope. REM This should turn SDRuno recording if 1.8MHz ham band FT8 digital mode activity is high (by information grabbed from pksreporter.info). REM That means that the propagation conditions are good. REM When activity drops low again...

Using an internet-receiver as a remote monitor
Logik_small.jpg In that photo there's a little bit older 'internet radio receiver'. Today it can't pick more than a few thousand stations, as the Reciva-directory (which it is based into) is not actively maintained anymore. But, a handy guy/gal can configure it to listen to any http/mp3 stream by t...

Re: Recording by CAT command
Hi Andy, that's very nice to hear, thanks in advance! This opens nice possibilities to externally trigger SDRuno recording. As I'm familiar with CAT scripting, I can code something for my own purposes which uses SDRuno for listening, then WSJT-X for decoding and then a script to kick SDRuno recordin...
